What's for Breakfast?

I haven't done a What's for Breakfast post for awhile because it seems we eat the same rotation of things over and over. However, since we had the food allergy testing it seems there are less of our regular breakfast foods we can eat--eggs, tofu (hubby can't have soy), oatmeal, whole wheat cereals. So yesterday morning after hubby had been grocery shopping, I put together a plate like the one above for each of us! All I can say is YUMMY!!! The bread is the garlic artisan bread from Costco. I mashed the avocado on the one slice because it is the heel and I didn't want the avocado to fall off! The strawberries (also from Costco) are from California. They have a lot of flavor but aren't sweet like they will be a little later. This morning we had a plate like it only I added fresh pineapple as well. Simply Delicious!
