Cold Blustery Day in Eastern Oregon

The temperature today stayed in the 20s (F) with snow starting about 8:30 this morning. It started out slow but then gained some momentum netting us 3 inches of the white stuff by evening.

And this is the area that just a week ago was covered with beautiful red, white and yellow flowers...

And then there is the poor, pathetic, butchered tree...

Yes, it may still be Fall but Winter visited us today!
